For Organisations
Organisational consultancy
Organisations spend a great deal of effort producing ease for other people. Customers, guests, patients, users, citizens. The question that goes unasked is who is holding ease for the people producing it.
I work with leaders and teams on the conditions that make ease possible inside an organisation. People, culture, leadership, and the systems that shape how work happens.
The absence of ease shows up as attrition, as sickness absence, as decisions made twice, as good people leaving. It is usually read as a performance problem. More often it is a conditions problem.
What I Work On
People and culture
How the organisation behaves, as distinct from how it describes itself. Where the conditions for ease are present and where they have been designed out.
Systems and process
The rhythms, workloads, and structures that either allow ease or make it unavailable regardless of individual effort.
Leadership
The work of holding a team with ease, and what leaders need in place before they can offer it to anyone else.
Learning and development
Structured programmes and workshops for teams, built on the threefold path: good thoughts, good words, good actions.
Ease is a condition an organisation creates or removes. It is rarely a matter of individual resilience.
How an Engagement Runs
Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation. There is no cost, no proposal in advance, and no obligation on either side. We look at what is happening, what has already been tried, and what would be worth attending to first.
From there, an engagement runs as advisory work alongside a leader or a team, or as a structured programme delivered over a set period. Each one is scoped to the organisation rather than taken off a shelf.
Work is delivered in person in the United Arab Emirates and online internationally.
